Qatar and Russia sign memorandum to strengthen technical cooperation in tax administration

Qatar and the Russian Federation have signed a memorandum of understanding on technical cooperation in tax administration, aimed at exchanging expertise and knowledge and developing tax systems and practices in both countries.
