Russian strikes injure people in Ukrainian cities

In Odesa, authorities reported that three people, including a child, were injured when a 19-storey residential building was shelled. Three others were injured in Zaporizhzhia, where a missile strike sparked a fire inside an industrial facility.

The Russian Defence Ministry said its forces destroyed two road bridges over the Dniester River near the Mayakov area in Odesa region, claiming they were used to transport military shipments from Romania and the port of Izmail. Meanwhile, reports published by channels on the Telegram app said Ukraine attacked targets inside Russia with drones, including in Rostov and Yaroslavl.

Russia’s aviation authority said several airports imposed temporary restrictions on their operations, while the Russian Defence Ministry announced that it had intercepted and destroyed 641 Ukrainian drones overnight over Russian regions and the Black, Caspian and Azov seas.
