The event programme will cover creative excellence, marketing effectiveness, culture and the future of the sector, while providing a platform to showcase talent, ideas and storytelling approaches from the Middle East and connect them with global expertise, networks and standards in the creative industries.

Al-Dosari links festival to growth of creative industries

Al-Dosari said creativity and storytelling had deep roots in Saudi Arabia and Middle Eastern culture, adding that a new generation was building on this legacy with confidence, capability and ambition. He said the festival reflected the progress made by the creative industries and the Kingdom’s commitment to nurturing talent and ideas.

Lions Riyadh will complement existing platforms within the global system. The Cannes Lions festival remains the industry’s international gathering, while Dubai Lynx continues to serve as an awards platform and benchmark for creativity in the Middle East and North Africa.

Details of the programme, speakers, participating brands and leaders are expected to be announced in the coming months.
