Qatar Airways on Thursday, 27 August 2026, launched a partnership with Uber for Business to integrate ground transportation services into its corporate travel programme, allowing members of the Beyond Business programme to exchange Q Rewards points for Uber ride vouchers.

The airline said the partnership makes it the first carrier in the Middle East and North Africa to integrate Uber services into a programme of this kind, aiming to give companies greater flexibility in managing an employee’s journey, from air travel to ground transportation.

Vouchers for business travel transportation

Under the agreement, Uber ride vouchers are added directly to the member’s wallet in the app and can be used for business travel in markets where the service is available. The partnership also allows companies to benefit from rewards points and savings options linked to their travel spending.

Managing trips and employee expenses

Qatar Airways said in a statement that the Uber for Business platform allows corporate travel managers to set spending controls, track employee trips and prepare reports, while automatically integrating transportation expenses with accounting systems. This helps companies enforce their policies and reduce the time required to review expenses.

Tools for booking and managing vouchers

According to information published on Uber’s website, the platform provides tools for booking rides on behalf of employees or guests, managing daily transportation programmes and allocating ride and meal vouchers, while companies pay only for vouchers that are used.

Benefits available to members of the Beyond Business programme include free Starlink internet access on up to 323 flights per day, as well as priority baggage collection and benefits linked to Privilege Club tiers.
