Oil flowing at a reduced rate

Two of the sources said oil was flowing through the pipeline at a reduced rate. Saudi state energy company Aramco has not yet responded to a request for comment.

Drone attacks had forced Saudi Arabia to shut the East-West pipeline on September 13, halting crude oil loading operations at Yanbu port.
