Ramaphosa announces urgent measures after bodies of 11 women found
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa acknowledged that his government’s efforts to address violence against women had been inadequate and issued four directives with deadlines of no more than 90 days after the bodies of 11 women were found in Ekurhuleni, east of Johannesburg, since July.
