Thailand floods kill 23 and disrupt flights and businesses
The death toll from floods and heavy rain in Thailand has risen to 23, including four people in Bangkok, after flooding affected 42 provinces since 16 September. The government expects water levels in the capital to recede within three days if there is no further rain, while Thai Airways has reduced flights and more than 1,000 businesses have been affected.
