Amnesty accuses Malian army and Africa Corps of war crimes
Amnesty International said it documented killings, torture, enforced disappearances and looting during joint operations by the Malian army and Russian personnel between June 2023 and December 2025. It said most victims were Fulani, Arabs and Tuareg, and that civilians were killed in drone strikes.
